Floor deep cleaning. Vinyl, tiles and stone scrubbed of grout haze, paint specks and renovation grime.
Kitchen & bathroom degrease. Sanitised and shining, the rooms that decide a handover inspection.
Windows, frames & grilles. The glass and tracks that always carry the most renovation dust.
Optional extras. Formaldehyde treatment for a new renovation, plus sofa, mattress and curtain cleaning in the same visit.

How is it priced?

Do you do both move-in and move-out cleaning?

Yes. Move-in to start fresh in a new place, and move-out to hand the unit back in inspection-ready condition.

What is formaldehyde treatment?

New renovations and furniture release formaldehyde, which can irritate eyes and lungs. Our optional treatment reduces it, worth adding before a family with young kids moves in.

How long does it take?

From half a day to a full day depending on the size and condition of the home. We'll give you a realistic time when we quote.
