The full hot-steam process, built around the one thing that matters most here: your family's health.

Dust mite & bacteria removal. The headline job, 99.9% of what's living in the fabric, gone.
Stain pre-treatment. Sweat, spills and the marks young kids leave behind, treated before the deep clean.
Hot-steam deep sanitise. High heat kills mites, bacteria and mould spores without harsh chemicals.
Deodorise. That musty, slept-in smell lifted out, not masked.
Both sides, on request. Flip-and-repeat for mattresses that need it.
Fast-dry finish. Dry in 2 to 4 hours, so you can sleep on it the same night.

Dust mite cleaning for your mattress

Dust mites live below the surface of a mattress, feeding on shed skin, and a household vacuum only skims the top. That makes the mattress the first thing to clean if anyone at home wakes up sneezing or has eczema that flares in bed.

Industrial vacuum first. Loose dust, skin flakes and mite debris come out of the top layers and seams before anything gets wet.
Deep extraction. Our Standard clean works a fabric-safe solution into the mattress and extracts it back out, taking the build-up with it.
Premium adds steam and sanitising. High-temperature steam where the fabric permits, plus a sanitisation treatment. Ask us on WhatsApp whether it suits your mattress.
Every 6 months with a baby or allergies. Every 6 to 12 months is enough for most other homes.

Do you offer dust mite cleaning?

Yes. Every mattress clean targets dust mites: an industrial vacuum, then deep extraction with a fabric-safe solution. Our Premium clean adds high-temperature steam where the fabric permits and a sanitisation treatment, quoted on WhatsApp. The Standard clean starts at $55 for a single.

How often should I clean my mattress?

Every 6 to 12 months for most homes, and sooner if anyone has allergies, asthma, or a baby sleeping on it. Dust mites build back up faster than people expect.

Does it remove old stains?

Most surface stains lighten or lift completely. Very deep-set or old stains may not fully disappear, but the mattress is hygienically clean and sanitised either way. We'll be honest about what we can do when we see it.

Is it safe for my baby's cot mattress?

Yes. We use an eco-friendly, non-toxic solution and hot steam, with no chemical residue. It's safe for your baby the moment it's dry.

Does the price change with mattress size?

Yes. A single is $55, super single $70, queen $85 and king $95 on our Standard clean. Queen and king are cleaned on the top and all four sides; adding the underside is a further 50%. A $70 minimum order applies per visit.
